Reunion Planning

  • Help the Development Office draft a gift request letter which will be sent over your name. You will help determine the designation of the reunion gift, which will be included in the letter. A list of possible options will be provided
  • After finalizing the letters, come into the Development Office to sign them. We can also use a digital signature if you are unable to come in. We will take care of stuffing and mailing them.
  • Make a personal gift or pledge to the Reunion Giving Effort.
  • Assist in outreach efforts by phone, note, and/or email to encourage participation from classmates in the Reunion Giving Effort prior to Alumnae Weekend.
  • If available, attend the Annual Fund Kick-off Cocktail Party
  • If available, attend Alumnae Weekend activities
  • If available, attend Fall phonathon (includes dinner)
  • Send personal emails, notes, and/or make phone calls to encourage Annual Fund support. You will be provided with a list of classmates who have not yet made their gift or pledge.
  • If available, attend the Annual Fund Breakfast to hear about the progress we’ve made and review the plan for the second half of the year.
  • Encourage participation during our annual RedRaiser week by attending our phonathon, acting as a social media ambassador, and recruiting others to volunteer.
